Today I am sharing the cards I made for the Christmas Stampathon’s luxurious Christmas cards theme. I have used the gorgeous Stars At Night stamp set and dies combined with the All About Autumn designer series paper to make my cards .
Colours in these cards are:
To recreate the stars and night card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
All About Autumn dsp – 5⅞” by 1½”
Copper Foil – 5⅞” by ⅜”
Pretty Peacock card – 3⅞” by 2⅝”
Basic White card – 3⅞” by 2⅝”
Scrap Basic White card
The panel of All About Autumn dsp was glued to the front of the Thick Basic White card base. I added the strip of Copper Foil against the dsp panel.
The sentiment, from the Celebrate With Tags was stamped in Pretty Peacock ink in the lower right corner of the card front.
I die cut a scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Contours Dies. Using Versamark ink I stamped the trio of stars in opposite corners, an the starburst image in the centre. I covered the stamping with Copper Embossing Powder and heat set it.
Using Blending Brushes I added some Pretty Peacock ink to the corners where there are no stars. The rectangle was then added to the panel of Pretty Peacock card and glued the card front.
The large star was stamped in Versamark ink onto scrap Basic White card, covered it with Copper Embossing Powder and heat set it with a Heat Tool.
The star was embossed embossed and die cut using the hybrid embossing folder and dies. The star was then added to the card front on Dimensionals.
A trio of 2023 – 2025 In Color Dots completed the card.
As per the challenge I made 5 cards.
