Today I am sharing a sweet card made for a friend using the new Sunrise Sailing stamp set and Dies which will be available in my online store in May.
Colours used to make these cards are:
To recreate the sunrise sailing card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Balmy Blue card – 5¼” by 3½”
Poppy Parade card – 3⅞” by 2¾”
Basic White card – 3¾” by 2⅝”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White, Poppy Parade & Balmy Blue
Using second generation Balmy Blue ink, I stamped the sea image in the upper left and lower right corners of the Balmy Blue panel. I then adhered the panel to the Thick Whisper white card base.

I stamped the same image onto the small panel of Basic White card using first and second generation Balmy Blue ink.

A 1” circle was punched from a Post It Note using a 1” Circle Punch. I added it above the water line and swirled on some Balmy Blue ink using a Blending Brush, bringing the ink down into the water. The Post It Note was then removed and the panel glued to the card front

I die cut the boat and sails from scrap Poppy Parade and Basic White card, glued them together and added the boat to the card front using Mini Glue Dots. The seagull was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

The sentiment, from the Cheers & Sips stamp set, also available in my online store in may, was stamped in Blueberry Bushel ink onto scrap Balmy Blue card. I trimmed it down and added it to the card front on Mini Dimensionals.

A trio of Iridescent Adhesive Backed Discs completed the card.
