Hello and welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop where we are being inspired by a dice roll – Punch or die cut, Bling, Congrats, Landscape, Regals. I have made my card using the Caring Leaves stamp set.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate rainbow leaves card, you will need:
Cherry Cobbler card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Cherry Cobbler card – 2 ½” by 1⅛”
Basic White card – 2¾” by 1½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
I inked up my chosen leaf with Crushed Curry ink and stamped it onto the 5¼” by 3½” panel of Basic White card as far to the left as possible.
Next to it I stamped the same leaf in Cherry Cobbler ink, then Old Olive ink, Pretty Peacock ink, Blueberry Bushel ink and finally Gorgeous Grape ink.
The outline leaf image was then added to each leaf with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The stamped panel was then adhered to the Basic Black layer.
A length of Cherry Cobbler and Gold Ribbon was then wrapped around the panel and adhered on the back with Sellotape. The whole panel was then glued to the Cherry Cobbler card base.
Using the Autumn Leaves Dies, I die cut a label from the small piece of Basic White card. The sentiment was then stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink onto the label and then glued the label to the small piece of Cherry Cobbler card. I added it to the card front on Dimensionals.
A ribbon bow and a trio of Gold Textured Adhesive-backed Dots finished the card.
