Pink Thankful Garden card -Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop where we are creating using Stencils. I am using the gorgeous Thankful Garden stamp set, Masks and Dies to make my card.

Colours in this card are:

To recreate the pink thankful garden card, you will need:

Berry Burst card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Beautiful Bokeh dsp – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 4¼” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White card

The panel of Beautiful Bokeh dsp was adhered to the larger Basic White panel and adhered it to the Berry Burst card front.

I die cut a stitched arch from the 4¼” by 3¼” piece of Basic White card and stamped along the bottom with Old Olive ink. The arch was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

The floral image was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured using Blending Brushes and the Thankful Garden Masks. I added Bubble Bath ink to the flowers. The trick is to lightly add it with mask 1, a little more Bubble Bath ink with mask 2 to layer up the colour. With mask 3 I used Berry Burst ink to add the detail. The leaves were coloured with Old Olive, lightly with mask 1 and another layer with mask 2. The image was then die cut using the Thankful Garden Dies.
