Hello and welcome to the Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop where we are sharing projects made using patterned papers. I have chosen to showcase the gorgeous Bloom Impressions designer series paper (dsp), one of the free Sale-a-Bration choices available with a qualifying order until the end of February.
Colours in this card are:
To recreate the patterned paper card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Bloom Impressions dsp – 3½” by ½” x 10
Basic White card – 2½” by 2”
I began by using my Paper Trimmer to cut 10 pieces of Bloom Impressions dsp, each measuring 3½” by ½”.
The dsp strips were then adhered to the Basic Black panel leaving a small gap between each piece and at the top and bottom.
A length of White Baker’s Twine was wrapped around the panel, three times. The ends were secured on the back with Sellotape. The panel was added to the Thick Basic White card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment, from the Ocean Friends stamp set was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink onto scrap Basic White card. I die cut it out using the Nested Essentials Dies. I added it to the card on Dimensionals, straddling the twine.
A triple White Baker’s Twine bow and a trio of Transparent Adhesive-backed gems completed the card.
Please hop on to share the inspiration provided by my crafty friends.
