Hello and welcome to the Share it Sunday Blog Hop where we are sharing something we have been working on recently. I have used more of the strips of By the Bay dsp left over from class preparation to make a sweet birthday card using the Adorable Owls stamp set.
To recreate the striped sympathy card, you will need:
Thick Basic White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛” Basic White card – 5⅞” by 3” Night of Navy card – 6” by 1½” Night of Navy – 6” by ½” Basic White card – 3¾” by 3” Night of Navy strip of card – ⅜” wide By the Bay dsp strips a minimum of 4½” long and of varying widths
I applied strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive to all 4 sides of the 5⅞” by 3” piece of Basic White card. The backing from the adhesive tape was removed and I began laying the strips of By the Bay dsp from top to bottom, making sure to over-lap the top and the bottom. I continued with this until the panel was completely covered.

The whole piece was then added to the Thick Basic White card front with liquid glue.
