Today I am sharing a pretty monochromatic card made using the Wooded Acres stamp set
Colours in this project are:
To recreate the monochromatic wooded acres card, you will need:
Basic Black card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 4¾” by 3¼”
Basic Black card – 4⅜” by 2⅞”
Basic White card – 4½” by 4⅛”
Basic Black card – 2 by ⅜”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” for the inside
Using the Textured Notes Dies I die cut a decorated rectangle from the 4½” by 4⅛” piece of Basic White card.
I masked the edges of the die cut rectangle using Post It Notes and stamped the row of pine trees down the length of the rectangle using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
The stamped rectangle was glued to the Basic Black layer and then to the 4¾” by 3¼” piece of Basic White card. The whole piece was mounted onto the Basic Black card front on Dimensionals.
The sentiment, from the Delicate Forest stamp set was stamped in Versamark ink onto the small piece of Basic Black card. I covered it with White Embossing Powder and set it using my Heat Tool. The sentiment was then added to the card front.
A trio of Iridescent Pearls finished the card.
