I have made a get-well card using the Hot Air Balloon stamp set and dies combined with some of the 2024 – 2026 In Colors.
Colours used in this card are:
To recreate the hot air balloon, get well card, you will need:
Summer Splash card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Basic White card – 5⅛” by 3⅜”
Unbounded Beauty dsp – 5” by 3¼”
Basic White card – 3” by 2½”
Petunia Pop Glimmer paper – 3½” by 2”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
Scrap Basic White, Petunia Pop & Pebbled Path card
The Unbounded Beauty dsp was adhered to the 5⅛” by 3⅜” piece of Basic White card and then glued to the Summer Splash card base.
Using the So Swirly Embossing folder, I embossed the Basic White 3” by 2½” panel.
From the Petunia Pop Glimmer paper, I die cut a banner using the Nested Essentials Dies. I cut the banner down and added it to the embossed panel, a piece on each side. The whole piece was the glued to the card front.
The large balloon was stamped in Petunia Pop ink onto scrap basic White card and the centre panel added with Shy Shamrock ink, I meant to use Summer Splash ink but managed to get them mixed up! The balloon was then die cut using the Hot air Balloon Dies. I also die cut a balloon basket from scrap Pebbled path card. These were added to the card front on Dimensionals
The sentiment was stamped in Pebbled Path ink onto a scrap of Petunia Pop card which was then trimmed down and added to card front on Dimensionals. A trio of 2024 – 2026 In Color Shimmer Gems finished the card.
