Today I am sharing cards I made for the July Christmas Stampathon. The theme this month is ‘red, green & cream’. I have made my cards using the Forever Forest stamp set and the Nested Essential Dies.
Colours used in these cards are:
To recreate the forever forest card you will need:
Shaded Spruce card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” – scored at 4⅛”
Cherry Cobbler card – 5⅝” by 3⅞”
Very Vanilla card – 5½” by 3¾” x 2 – one for the inside
Very Vanilla card – 4½” by 2¾”
Using the Fern 3D Embossing Folder, I embossed one of the pieces of Very Vanilla card. A piece of retired Cherry Cobbler Twine was wrapped around the panel, secured on the back with Sellotape.

I die cut a label from from the center of the Cherry Cobbler panel using the Nested Essentials Dies. The embossed panel was then glued to the Cherry Cobbler layer.

Using the same Nested Essentials Dies, I die cut a slightly smaller label from the 4½” by 2¾” piece of Very Vanilla card.

Using Shaded Spruce ink, I stamped the row of trees onto the label. I added ‘ground’ using an image from the Garden Meadow stamp set and Basic Beige ink. The stamped label was glued to the Cherry Cobbler label. This was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

A twine bow and a trio of retired Cherry Cobbler Dots finished the card.
