Hello and welcome to the Technique Tuesday Blog Hop where we are sharing projects showcasing heat embossing. I have made my card using the Decorative Borders stamp set.
Colours used in this project are:
To recreate the decorative border card, you will need:
Soft Succulent card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored and folded at 4⅛”
Sweet Sorbet card – 5⅜” by 3⅝”
Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½”
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside
I used the embossing buddy from the Embossing Accessories kit to cover the smaller Basic White panel with antistatic powder.

The leafy sprig was inked up with Versamark ink and covered with God Embossing Powder, I repeated this step before heat setting the images with my heat tool.

I stamped the single flower randomly in Versamark ink and covered it with Silver Embossing Powder. I heat set all the images.
Using the following Blends Alcohol Markers to colour in the images – Petal Pink, Sweet Sorbet and Soft Succulent. I used a Blending Brush to add Soft Succulent ink around the edges of the decorated panel.

The panel was then glued to the Sweet Sorbet layer. A length of Linen Thread was wrapped three times around the panel before the whole piece was glued to the Soft Succulent card base.

I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink. I die cut it out using the Sentiment Silhouette Dies. I added the sentiment to the card front on Dimensionals.
