Hello and welcome to the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop where we are sharing Autumn or Halloween themed Projects. I have chosen to share a card made for my son-in-law’s birthday made using the Grassy Grove stamp set and Grove Dies.
To recreate the grassy grove easel card, you will need:
Pool Party card base – 5½ by 8¼” – scored at 4⅛” and 2 and 1/16” Early Espresso card – 5¼” by 3⅝” Pool Party card – 5⅛” by 3½” Fluid 100 card – 5⅛” by 3½” Early Espresso card – 5⅜” by 3⅞” Basic White card – 5¼” by 3½” Scrap Early Espresso
I used a Water Painter to dampen the panel of Fluid 100 paper. I then added Garden Green ink to the top and Soft Suede ink to the bottom and set it aside to dry.

Once the panel was dry, I die cut it using the Grove Dies. I added Mossy Meadow ink to the tree canopy using the Water Painter and Soft Suede ink to add shadows to the tree trunks. The ground was added with Garden Green ink. I die cut 2 deer from scrap Early Espresso card and added them to the panel on Dimensionals.
www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – The Grassy Grove stamp set and Grove Dies used to make an easel card for Stampers Showcase Blog Hop
Using pieces of Dimensionals I added the watercolor piece to the Pool Party layer. The whole piece was then mounted onto the 5¼” by 3⅝” piece of Early Espresso. The panel was then glued to the front of the card base using liquid glue only on the bottom of the panel.

I die cut the number 3 and 0 from scrap Early Espresso card, I repeated it until I had three of each. Each number was glued to its mates and then glued to the panel of Basic White card.

www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A beautiful fun fold card made using the Happiness Abounds stamp set, Blossomng Happiness Dies and Hues of Happiness dsp for the Share It Sunday Blog Hop
I glued the panels of the gorgeous, Hues of Happiness dsp to the larger Melon Mambo panel. www.crafty-rootes.co.uk – A beautiful fun fold card made using the Happiness Abounds stamp set, Blossomng Happiness Dies and Hues of Happiness dsp for the Share It Sunday Blog Hop
The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto one of the panels and a flower and leaf combo were added to the bottom of the panel with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. This panel was placed, using the same adhesive in the centre of the largest panel.

Hello and welcome to the Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop where our theme is ‘Fun-Fold. I have used the Plentiful Plants stamp set and Perfect Plants Dies to make a card inspired by one I saw on Youtube made by Cindy Lee Brumbaugh
To recreate the perfectly planted card, you will need:
Cinnamon Cider card – 5½ by 4¼” – back panel Bloom Where You’re Planted dsp – 5¼” by 4” – brick pattern Cinnamon Cider card – 9½” by 4¼” – column folding mechanism – scored on the 9½” side @ ½”, 1¼”, 2”. 2¾”, 6¾”, 7½”, 8¼” & 9” Bloom Where You’re Planted dsp – 4” by 3¾” – wood planks Window Sheet – 4” by 3” Basic White card – 5¼” by 4” – back panel Scrap Basic White and Granny Apple Green
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I glued the brick pattern dsp to the back panel of Cinnamon Cider card. This was then set to one side.
www.crafty-rootes.com – Perfectly Planted Centre Column Pop Up Card made for the Ink. Stamp, Share Blog Hop using the Plentiful Plants stamp set
I chose 2 nesting Rectangle Stitched Dies and used the larger of these dies to cut a rectangle from the centre of the large scored panel of Cinnamon Cider card. The dsp was then glued to the centre of this panel using liquid glue. The smaller rectangle die was then used to to die cut the centre of the negative space giving a ‘window’.
www.crafty-rootes.com – Perfectly Planted Centre Column Pop Up Card made for the Ink. Stamp, Share Blog Hop using the Plentiful Plants stamp set
The piece of Window Sheet was then added to the back of the window using Mini Glue Dots.
Using a Bone Folder, I burnished all the score lines before adding Seal + adhesive to the ½” tab at either end. The columns were then formed.
www.crafty-rootes.com – Perfectly Planted Centre Column Pop Up Card made for the Ink. Stamp, Share Blog Hop using the Plentiful Plants stamp set
Seal + was added to the back of each panel and I adhered the whole piece to the centre of the back panel.
Then came the decoration. I stamped a plant pot from the Plentiful Plants stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink and foliage in Garden Green and die cut them using the Perfect Plants Dies. These were added to the front of the window using Mini Glue Dots. I also stamped a smaller pot in Night of Navy ink and die cut the spiky plant from scrap Granny Apple Green card. These were also added using Mini Glue Dots.

Hello and welcome to the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing fun fold cards. I have chosen to share the Waves of Inspiration corner latch card made for my son’s upcoming birthday.
To recreate the waves of inspiration corner latch card, you will need:
Coastal Cabana card base – 9⅛” by 4⅛” scored at 5⅞” Bermuda Bay card – 5¾”by 4” Bermuda Bay card – 4” by 3⅛” x 2 Bermuda Bay 4” by ⅛” Simply Marbleous dsp – 3⅞” by 3” x 2 Simply Marbleous dsp – 3⅞” by 2⅞” Basic White card – 3⅞” by 2⅝” Misty Moonlight card – 4⅞” by 3⅜” Basic White card – 4¾” by 3 ¼” Misty Moonlight card – 2” by 2” cut across the diagonal into a triangle Scrap Basic White card
Using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I adhered the two identical panels of Simply Marbleous dsp to the two identical Bermuda Bay panels. One was then glued to the card front and the other to the back of the card front.

The small panel of Basic White was glued to the left-hand side of the larger Bermuda Bay layer. The remaining piece of Simply Marbleous dsp was added next to it. To cover the join, I added the 1/8” strip of Bermuda Bay card.

Using Tear ‘n Tape around the top and side, I added the triangle of Misty Moonlight ink to the upper right corner of the card base to provide the latch.

I inked up the large wave image using Bermuda Bay ink and added patches of Pacific Point and Misty Moonlight using Sponge Daubers and stamped it onto the larger Basic White panel. This was then mounted on the Misty Moonlight panel using the liquid glue.

The pelican on the posts was stamped in Soft Suede ink and coloured using Crumb Cake and So Saffron Blends Markers. I die cut it out using the co-ordinating Wave Dies and added it, on Dimensionals to the stamped panel. The whole piece was then added to the card front, taking care to add ink only to the left-hand side. The top of the stamped panel then tucked under the latch.
I stamped the poles with and without birds three more times on scrap Basic White and cut them out to add inside the card.

The sentiment from the Handsomely Suited stamp set was stamped inside the card in Misty Moonlight ink.
My son loves the sea and I am sure he will enjoy this card.
