Basic White card – 4½” by 3”
Basic White card – 3” by ¾”

I glued the panel of Heartwarming Hugs dsp to the layer of Mossy Meadow card using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. I used the same glue to add the panel to the Thick Basic White card base.

Christmas Mountain Air for the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop where we are showcasing our favourite bundle. My favourite bundle is the gorgeous and so versatile Mountain Air stamp set and Majestic Mountain Die and I have created a Christmas Mountain Air card. I have used the stamps for my card today and paired it with the So Many Snowflakes Dies.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the Christmas Mountain Air card, you will need:

Pool Party base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Misty Moonlight card – 5½” by 3¾”
Basic White card – 5⅜” by 3⅝” x 2
Basic White card – 5½” by 3¾” – for the inside

Taking one of the smaller panels of Basic White, I stamped the detailed mountains in Misty Moonlight ink. I reversed the stamp, inked it again with Misty Moonlight ink, stamped off twice onto scrap paper before stamping it over the detailed mountains.

A pretty Christmas bauble themed Christmas card made using Stampin' Up! products

Gleaming Baubles

It’s that time again you are joining me for the December Stamp ‘n Hop Blog Hop where our theme is ‘Christmas’.  I love a bit of Christmas crafting and have made a gleaming baubles card using the Christmas Gleaming stamp set. If you have hopped over from the lovely Cheryl Taylor, welcome. If you are starting with me you are also very welcome.

To recreate the Gleaming Baubles card you will need:

Seaside Spray card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded upper left corner

Pretty Peacock – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – Rounded  Brightly Gleaming Stamp set.upper left corner

Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper left corner x 2
Scrap Whisper White and Just Jade.

Using a Sponge Dauber I added Frost White Shimmer Paint to one of the baubles from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set and stamped it onto one of the Whisper White panels. I stamped the small row of trees across the bauble in Early Espresso ink and added the in-fill in Shaded Spruce ink.

I added the ‘ground’ image under the trees in Pool Party ink and randomly stamped the snowflakes in the same ink before removing the copy paper to reveal the inked and decorated circle.

The sentiment was stamped below the bauble o using Shaded Spruce ink and I added the ‘string’ using a Early Espresso Marker.

The stamped panel was added to the Shaded Spruce layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The panel was added to the Pool Party card base on Dimensionals and a trio of Adhesive Backed Snowflakes were added to complete the card.

Snowflake Wishes for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampers Showcase blog hop where our theme this month is Winter/Holidays. If you joined me from the lovely Rochelle Laird-Smith from Australia you are very welcome. You are currently visiting Mo Rootes in the UK.

I don’t know about you but I love Christmas crafting and had a hard job deciding on a stamp set to use. Eventually I settled on the gorgeous Snowflake Wishes stamp set.

To recreate the Snowflakes Wishes card you will need:

Thick Whisper White card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded upper right corner
Whisper White – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded upper right corner

I used a one of the fantastic new blending brushes to apply Seaside Spray ink to the Whisper White panel for some background interest. These blending brushes will be available from the 5th January 2021 in our January to June 2021 mini catalogue.

The largest snowflake was stamped using the same Seaside Spray ink.

The middle-sized snowflake was stamped in Highland Heather ink and the small snowflake was stamped in Magenta Madness ink……… don’t you just love the pop of hot pink.

I stamped the teeny, tiny snowflakes in Seaside Spray. The sentiment from the Snowflake Wishes stamp set was stamped in Seaside Spray ink.

The stamped layer was added to the Thick Whisper White card front with Dimensionals.

To complete the card, I added a scattering of Snowflake Sequins.

Isn’t it pretty?

Please continue to hop on to see what the lovely Rochelle Laird-Smith has to share with us today.
