Falling Autumn Leaves for the Crafty Collaborations Autumn Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Crafty Collaborations Autumn themed Blog Hop. I have created a falling Autumn leaves card using the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set.

Colours used in this project are:

To recreate the falling Autumn leaves card, you will need:

Crumb Cake card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – rounded upper right corner
Garden Green card – 5⅝” by 3⅞” – rounded upper right corner
Basic White card – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – rounded upper right corner
Basic White card – 2¼” by 1¾”

I used Post It Notes to mask off a strip from top to bottom of one of the larger Basic White panels. Using a Blending Brush I added Pool Party ink to the masked off strip.

I stamped the 3 leaves from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set randomly down the length of the inked strip. I used Bumblebee ink, Cinnamon Cider ink, Garden Green ink, Soft Suede ink, Cinnamon Cider ink and Blackberry Bliss ink.

The smaller speckled image was then stamped in Soft Suede ink.

Using a Blending Brush I added Crumb Cake ink lightly around the edge of the panel before adding the inked layer to the piece of Garden Green with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

I wrapped a length of the gorgeous Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon around the panel and secured it on the back with Sellotape. The panel was then added to the Crumb Cake card base using the same liquid glue.

The sentiment from the Season’s Blessings stamp set was stamped in Garden Green ink onto the small piece of Basic White card. It was die cut using the Tasteful Labels Dies and my Mini Stamp & Emboss Machine. It was added to the card front on Dimensionals.

Beautiful Autumn

Today I am sharing a sweet wreath card in autumnal colours and made using the Beautiful Autumn Stamp set and Autumn Punch Pack.

To recreate the Beautiful Autumn card, you will need:

Shaded Spruce card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛” – Rounded lower right corner
Basic Black – 5 ½” by 3 ¾” – Rounded lower right corner
In Good Taste dsp – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded lower right corner
Very Vanilla – 5⅜” by 3⅝” – Rounded lower right corner
Scrap Very Vanilla, Bumblebee, Shaded Spruce, Real Red & Cinnamon Cider

I drew a rough circle in pencil on the piece of In Good Taste designer series paper (dsp).  The dsp panel was then adhered to the Basic Black layer using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. This panel was added to the Shaded Spruce card base using the same glue.

I stamped the outer leaf images onto scrap cardstock – I used Bumblebee ink on Bumblebee card stock, Shaded Spruce ink onto Shaded Spruce card, Real Red ink onto Real Red card and Cinnamon Cider ink onto Cinnamon Cider card. The inner leaf images were stamped in the second generation of the same ink. The leaves were then punched out using the Autumn Punch Pack.
