Here is a sweet masculine birthday bowties card made using the Handsomely Suited stamp set, Suit and Tie dies and Well Suited Designer Series Paper (dsp).
To recreate the Birthday Bowties card, you will need:
Poppy Parade card base – 8¼” by 5⅞” scored at 4⅛”
Basic White – 5⅞” by 2½”
Basic White – 5⅜” by 3⅝”- for the inside
Using scraps of the lovely Well Suited dsp I cut a selection of large and small bowties and matching knots. I used my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Suit & Tie dies.
The knots were added to the co-ordinating bowtie using Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.
I stamped the sentiment from the Handsomely Suited stamp set in Night of Navy ink at the bottom of the strip of Basic White card. The strip was then run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Tasteful Textiles embossing folder to add some texture to the strip.
I added the bowties to the embossed strip using the same liquid glue.
Dimensionals were added to the back of the embossed panel and the overhanging bowties and the layer was then adhered to the Poppy Parade card base to complete the card.
I hope you like it.
